Privacy
Short version: there are no accounts, we set no cookies of our own, and the characters you type into the generator never leave your browser.
The text you type
The worksheet is built in your browser. Your characters, your child's name in the title, the poem you pasted — none of it is sent to us, because there is nowhere for it to be sent: the page lays the sheet out locally and your browser prints it. The AI list builder, which would send a description you write to our server, is switched off.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and referrers without cookies, without fingerprinting and without tracking you across sites. It is why there is no consent banner on this site.
Advertising
There are no ads on this site at the moment. The layout reserves space for them, which is why you may see a gap: nothing is being loaded into it, and no ad network is being contacted.
Fonts and files
The Chinese typeface is served from this site, not from a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell a third party that you were here. Stroke-order data is fetched from this site only, and only when you switch stroke order on.
What we store in your browser
Three things, all of them in your browser's own storage, none of them sent anywhere and none of them a cookie:
- Whether you chose simplified or traditional characters, so the switch does not reset on every page.
- The settings you last used in the generator — the characters in the box, the grid, the paper, the options — so a sheet you print every week does not have to be rebuilt every week. Start over on that page erases them.
- A short list of the sheets you have printed, so the home page can offer them back to you. At most six, and Clear this list on the home page erases them.
Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes all three, and nothing about you is left on our side, because none of it was ever there.
Children
The site is made for teachers and parents to print things for children. It asks for nothing from anyone, so there is nothing a child could submit to it.
